These terms cover text messages sent by Alicia Callier Kelly, licensed insurance agent. Messages are powered by Onyx Platform Corporation ("Onyx").
What I text about
I send text messages about your insurance, such as appointment times, document requests, coverage questions, and renewal reminders. I do not text people whose contact details were bought or provided by anyone else. I only text people who have given me permission, either verbally on a call with me or by submitting the consultation form on this website with consent.
How to opt out
You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to the number that texted you. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive further text messages. To join again, give consent the same way you did the first time.

Rates and frequency
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and from you. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
