This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Alicia Callier Kelly ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with text messages I send using the Onyx Platform. Messages are powered by Onyx Platform Corporation ("Onyx"), which provides the messaging technology on my behalf. This policy applies only to my text messaging program.

Mobile information and SMS consent

How to opt out

Reply STOP to the number that sent you a message at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will not receive more messages unless you give consent again. Reply HELP at any time for assistance.

How long I keep your information

I keep your mobile number, consent records, and message history only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program and meet legal, regulatory, compliance, and recordkeeping requirements.

Security

I maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the text messaging program.
